The majority of animals that travel in cars are dogs and sometimes cats. Dogs are especially a great travel companion and it can be great to take pets on holidays and outings. Some pets love a road trip and time with their human, others find the car a bit daunting. If you happen to have the latter, here is some advice to make the trip smooth and enjoyable for everyone.

Rehabilitation
Age is often associated with aches and pains, so when your furry friend ages or is injured, they won’t be able to get around as well as they could before. To become mobile again veterinary intervention may be required. Pet rehabilitation involves different treatments to ensure your pet’s joints and muscles start to function normally again.
My son took his cat into Herriot House to be treated for paralysis tick. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The vets were very generous in helping us with the costs of the recovery, for which we are extremely grateful. You are amazing people, and we highly recommend your surgery to anyone looking for help with their pets. Can’t praise you enough.

The whole team did an excellent job bringing my dog Conner back to full health after a brown snake bite. Nothing was to much trouble and being able to visit on two separate occasions was so lovely and beneficial for us.
